We are pleased to announce that as of October 31, 2011 Case Manager users may request "custom programming" for their Case Manager Software. CLICK HERE TO REQUEST CUSTOM PROGRAMMING Recently many users suggested that we incorporate new features into Case Manager software such as process server signatures on affidavits, company logos on forms, expanded Quickbooks integration, and over 50 other suggestions which we reviewed. We decided that if we were to incorporate all of the upgrade suggestions into a "single software version", the cost to do this would require that we increase our $45 monthly usage fees considerably to offset the added programming costs. We discussed this with many Case Manager users who felt that they did not want to pay any added monthly fees and did not need many of the suggested upgrades since Case Manager is already very robust.   Many current users indicated that they would prefer to either continue to use their current version of Case Manager, or to pay a one-time fee only for a specific upgrade that would benefit their own business. As such, we are now offering "custom programming" of any type to Case Manager users on a fee-paid basis. Thus, if you want a special feature added to Case Manager, a programmer will discuss it directly with you, and customize your Case Manager software to suit your special needs. Our experienced Microsoft Access programming group will work directly with any Case Manager user in order to complete a requested programming job. The assigned programmer will quote the cost of the programming in advance of starting the work, including payment terms. Our programming group specializes in design, development and support of Microsoft Access database applications. They are experts in Access VBA programming and can improve your existing Case Manager Software Application by incorporating new tools, enhancing existing features and/or providing a more robust database through MS SQL Server. Our programming team can provide assistance to resolve any problems with your Case Manager application. All programming is done in the United States by our group….none of the programming is outsourced.
